The Fair will be open to the public from August 4th to August 29th 2012, and you can expect lots of great new releases and some of the best event shopping in SL! The DCNY Pop Collar Dress is a partial mesh dress features an adorable white collar with satiny polka dot bow. Available in 8 different colors, this dress includes both a 'one-size fits most' rigged mesh skirt prim or a traditional prim skirt attachment for those that prefer that option.
